Cohen’s Cuisine was founded in 1996, as the in house catering company for the Hebrew Educational Alliance. The owner, Albert Cohen, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He caters a variety of kosher events throughout the Denver-metro area, including private events, dinners, b’nai mitzvahs, Shabbat dinners, kiddushes, weddings, corporate events, meals to go and many more. The food is prepared in the kosher kitchen at the HEA.
