Flourless Chocolate Torte

Makes 2 tortes (serves ~ 6 each)

1/2 cup coffee (brewed)

12 oz margarine

12 eggs

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 1/2 bags chocolate chips (parve)

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Line bottom of two 8" round cake pans and grease.

Bring margarine and coffee to a boil.

Whip eggs and sugar together on medium/high speed for approximately 1 1/2 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips in margarine/coffee mixture and mix until smooth.

Mix chocolate mixture into eggs.

Pour mixture into pans and bake in a water bath for approximately 1 hour.
